For Beyonce’s 2023 Renaissance Tour, we were thrilled to execute a futuristic, cyber helmet for Beyonce to wear during her performances and to be featured on her tour merchandise. Inspired by iconic art styles, this chromed helmet with an acrylic visor is truly one of a kind.

To make these helmets, we referenced designs and 3D head scans provided by Parkwood Touring Inc. to digitally sculpt a helmet that would best accomplish the vision. Parts were then 3D printed using Hi temp resin that were durable and flexible to be used for both the helmet parts and the buck of which the acrylic visor would be pulled from. Once body shopped, the parts were sent off for chroming and brought back for final assembly. The acrylic visor with chrome rim, now finely sanded to total clear, was installed using magnetic points of contact for easy manipulation and removal.
