In collaboration with Lids, we accelerated into an exhilarating project to create an activation for their flagship store during the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The centerpiece of this activation was a 10-foot by 20-foot cabinet with acrylic walls, housing a small-scale slot car track designed in the shape of the Vegas Grand Prix route. Inside the track, we incorporated a custom infinity mirror and a minimalist model of the Las Vegas strip, creating a visually immersive experience for visitors.

To further engage attendees, Lids expressed the desire for a competitive element, allowing visitors to vie for the best race time with the chance to win tickets to the Vegas Grand Prix race. In response, we conceptualized, programmed, and constructed an arcade system that not only recorded race times and laps but also generated receipts with each player's results, enhancing the interactive and competitive aspect of the activation. The combination of the unique slot car track and the arcade system delivered an engaging and memorable experience for Formula 1 enthusiasts at Lids' flagship store over the three-day event.
