When James Hardie approached us with the task of constructing 1/30th scale miniature replicas of model homes to showcase their siding panels, we embraced the challenge with creativity and precision. Our team meticulously crafted three miniature replicas, complete with intricate details such as miniature LED light fixtures, landscaping, and outdoor walkways. To enhance flexibility and demonstrate various siding options, we designed the homes with a magnetic frame substructure, allowing for the easy switching out of panels and showcasing different renditions.

Our process seamlessly blended modern technology with traditional craftsmanship, utilizing a mix of 3D printing and traditional model making techniques. To elevate the presentation in their showroom, we constructed bar-height pedestals that provided an easy and elegant display solution for the meticulously crafted miniature homes. The result was a visually compelling exhibition that effectively highlighted James Hardie's siding panels in a scaled-down, yet intricate, residential context.
